These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the service of the Internet website www.bawone.com which is cepcen S.L. (hereinafter bawone.com), with registered office at Av. de Can Bordoll, 119 Pol. Ind. de Can Roqueta, 08202 Sabadell, registered in the Mercantile Register of Barcelona, and provided with C.I.F. B-65814808.
The use of the website bawone.com, attributes the condition of user of the website bawone.com (hereinafter, the "User") and expresses the full and unreserved conformity of the User, to each and every one of the Terms and Conditions, regarding the version published by bawone.com at the moment of the User's access to the bawone.com website, since they may be modified. Therefore, the User must read carefully the content of these Terms and Conditions, each time he / she intends to use the bawone.com website. In any case, the Terms and Conditions that were expressed on the bawone.com website will be considered valid and applicable when the User makes use of the services provided by bawone through the bawone.com website.
The access to and / or the use of said services and contents expresses the entire and unconditional acceptance by the User of the Terms and Conditions in the version published by bawone on its website at the time of such access and / or utilization.
The User declares to be of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as having read and understood the content thereof. Likewise, it accepts expressly and without exception that the access and use of this website and its contents takes place under its sole and exclusive responsibility.
Access Conditions and use of the website
The User must register as such, completing the form to that effect, receiving a username and a password, which are personal and non-transferable, and which will allow the User to formalize with bawone.com the purchase of those products of his/her interest.
Registration as a client is free.
The Registered User undertakes to make diligent use and to keep secret the password and username that will be assigned to access the services. The User will be responsible for the expenses and for the damages and losses caused by the use of the services by any third party that uses his/her password and username for the purpose of a non-diligent use or for the loss of the same by the User. To prevent this situation, in case of loss of your password and username, please contact us immediately.
Only one customer is valid per delivery address, so the same customer can have different delivery addresses associated with the same user account.
Use of Discount Coupons and Promotions
Users who use coupons or discount vouchers in bawone.com must take into account that they are not cumulative.
All discount coupons that bawone provides by email or other digital means to its customers will have a maximum validity of 1 month unless otherwise specified.
The application of a discount voucher or coupon may be subject to a purchase for a minimum amount determined in the case of coexisting with a promotion in which the shipping costs have zero cost (0euros).
Bawone.com reserves the right to cancel coupons or discount vouchers when it observes a fraudulent or improper use of the coupon generation system. It is considered fraudulent or improper use of the discount system for coupons, among others, the sending of invitations between email accounts of the same person or the use of coupons of the same campaign in different orders of the same user or to deliver at the same Postal address. Bawone also reserves the right to cancel all discount coupons associated with suspicious accounts of misuse of the coupon system.
It can also be considered a fraudulent or improper use of the discount system for coupons the fact of using the same PayPal account to make the payment of more than 1 order making use of the same discount coupon or using coupons discount of invitations with the objective of auto invite, even if it is a registered user with a different electronic mail account that share the same delivery address
In the same way it would be considered a fraudulent use, the use of different email accounts for the use of the same coupon or voucher created and advertised as a coupon valid for a first purchase, and whose purchase goes to the same user and / or postal delivery address.
Promotions such as those advertised as free shipping may be subject to the availability of the final customer service provided directly by bawone.com in certain postal codes. In this sense, the promotion announced as "1 month free shipping" will be offered as long as the shipping address is located in bawone.com distribution areas.
In any case, bawone reserves the right to cancel those orders derived from the use of said coupons or discount vouchers, in which case it must return the amount of the cancelled purchase, excluding any amount corresponding to said coupons and, therefore, do not correspond with amounts actually disbursed by users.
The User agrees to use the website bawone.com in accordance with the Law, with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, morals, good customs, public order, and generally accepted uses, and is obliged to abstain the usage of bawone.com for illicit purposes or effects.
The User shall be liable for damages of any nature that bawone.com may suffer as a result of breach of any of the obligations to which it is subject by these Terms and Conditions.
Modalities of order, price and shipping costs
Shipping costs are free (0 euros) from € 100 purchase (Only in Barcelona City) although there may be conditions such as the purchase of certain products (such as water or milk) whose purchase can increase the cost of transport from certain volumes indicated more down.
For purchases under € 100 and if the total weight of the products is less than 2kg, the shipping cost will be € 3.49. The products eligible for this type of shipment will be detailed on the page of each of the products.
As detailed in the section "Delivery areas", these costs will apply to the available distribution areas.
Users have the possibility to make all their orders from the website: www.bawone.com. Each bawone user declares with full capacity to use credit cards and Paypal accounts, and states that they have sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from the purchase of products through bawone.com.
By clicking on the "Pay" button during the purchase process, the user declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these Terms and Conditions.
The data registered by bawone constitutes proof of the transactions made between bawone.com and the users. Bawone.com will confirm your order by sending an email. For this reason and together for security reasons is not allowed to create user accounts in bawone.com through temporary email services such as (but not limited to) Spamgourmet, 10minutemail, Jetable, Yopmail, Mailcatch, Guerrillamail, etc.
The shipping costs will be calculated according to the characteristics of the products of each order.

In Barcelona and its metropolitan area there is no surcharge but there is a limit of 50 liters of water, a surcharge of:
€ 0.35 per litre for products in the categories of still water in bottle, still water in carafe and distilled water
€ 0.25 per litre in the products of the milk and soft drink categories.
However, and in order not to penalize customers who make balanced purchases (being understood as balanced those in which there is a correct proportion with products from other categories), an automatic discount of € 0.25 will be made on the previous surcharge of every € 2 purchase in the other categories
Outside the metropolitan area of Barcelona, the shipping costs will be calculated dynamically based on the volumetric weight of the order. Thus, the shipping cost will be at least 3 euros for each kilogram sent, wrapping and cardboard included. This shipping cost may vary depending on the rates that transport companies apply to bawone.com. In any case, the user will be explicitly informed of this cost clearly before making the payment. This condition can coexist with promotions such as offering shipments under or equal to 2kg for € 3.49.
All taxes are included in the prices of our products.
Some products, especially the fresh, chilled and even frozen categories, will be sold by weight. This implies that, although the user will be charged the multiple of the cost of the price per unit of measure specified in the list where the product that the user finally acquires appears, bawone.com may make a payment for that amount corresponding to the product that does not has finally served. In the same way, bawone may charge you an amount equivalent to the excess of the product that, due to the circumstances of the preparation in the suppliers warehouse where bawone acquires the products, could finally incur.
Bawone.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of the registration of the orders (subject to availability of the product).
Bawone.com reserves the right to refuse an order from any user with whom it has a litigation.
bawone will do everything possible to please all its users in the demand of the products. If the product is not available after the order has been placed, the user will be informed either by e-mail or by telephone - to the user registered telephone number, and will be given the choice between either cancelling the entire order, or to modify it including the corresponding economic amount.
In that case, the speed of the return in the customer's bank account will depend on the type of card used in the purchase and the conditions of each bank.
Payment for purchases is made by credit card or PayPal. The bank cards accepted are: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
In the event that the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) informs of the denial of the card, the order will be automatically cancelled.
For your safety bawone.com relied on the credit card payment system to a payment gateway. The bank details entered are encrypted and transmitted securely to the bank's servers and, subsequently, they are verified with the issuing bank to avoid possible fraud and abuse.
This data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL encryption technology (Secure Socket Layer) -128 bits, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via Internet to this relative information to the bank details entered by the customer.
Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so Bawone.com does not know or record this information during the payment transaction or at any other time.
bawone will do everything possible to deliver in a specified time and manner during the purchase process. The delivery period will be chosen by the user depending on the availability of the service in delivery area, which can be after 48 hours of the completion of the purchase, and the following 7 business days after the end of the same. , the user can even choose the delivery time slot if the delivery service allows it.
Each time an order is sent, the buyer will receive an email after the payment of the purchase.
The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at bawone.com, once the payment is confirmed, from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes VAT.
bawone.com will ask the user to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office or center where they want the product to be delivered, in addition to the contact phone in case there is any incident with the delivery.
Each delivery is considered made from the provision of the product by the carrier to the customer at the place indicated by him / her for delivery of the order at the time of contract, materialized by the control system used by the carrier.
Reservations and complaints should be directed to bawone.com by email to [email protected]. In case your package arrives broken, wet, re sealed with a seal without the logo of bawone.com or believe that its content may be damaged, it is important that it be included in the delivery note of the carrier at the time of delivery, and indicate the incident by email to the address [email protected] or by calling 652175793 within a maximum period of 24 hours from the receipt of the goods. In this sense, bawone.com will reimburse the amount of those products affected during the transportation process such as breakage or loss.
You can issue your invoice in the payment process. To do this, you only have to check the "I want to invoice" box when you select the delivery time of your purchase. Once the invoice has been requested and the purchase has been delivered, you will receive an email with the attached invoice. If you forgot to do so, you can request the invoice by email up to the maximum of the 16th day of the following month of purchase (Real Decreto 1496/2003).
The delivery areas covered by bawone.com are Spain and France .
The articles offered on our website are guaranteed by important commercial firms. Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. If when you receive your order you are not satisfied, you have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, from the date of receipt to execute the right of return.
If the reason for the return is for something that we have not done completely well (the product is defective, it is not the one you requested, etc.), we will take care of the collection costs. If the reason is different (the products were used correctly but are not to your liking), bawone.com will pay the cost of the products except for the return costs that will be borne by the customer. That is, when the products are served correctly but are not to the customer's liking and have been returned within the established period (14 calendar days from receipt of the product), bawone.com will pay the cost of the products and the expenses of shipping (if they have been paid at the time of purchase), except for the cost of the return that will be borne by the customer.
In the event that bawone.com was willing to make a delivery in a place and during a schedule previously agreed and confirmed by a client in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and it is not found in said location (hereinafter "absence not communicated") and during the previously arranged schedule, bawone.com reserves unilaterally, the faculty to refund the purchase amount to the said customer, subtracting in all cases the corresponding amount, the expenses that they would have accrued as a result of the transportation and / or preparation of the purchase by the latter, as well as the return costs. Delivery costs will amount to between 6.99 and 17 euros, which will be determined based on the final delivery address that the customer had confirmed. The costs of return for "absence not reported" will be the same as applicable for the case provided in the previous paragraph.
In the event that bawone.com does not make the delivery in the location previously agreed and confirmed by the customer, the latter may unilaterally refuse the order and bawone.com must refund the amount of the purchase that actually has subscriber
bawone.com will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:
The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labelling.
The shipment must be made using the same box or envelope that we have sent you, or in its defect in a similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition.

The goods to be returned will be, always and in any case, unused, except as provided in article 79 of Royal Decree 1/2007, of November 16.
In accordance with current legislation (Article 103 of Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16), the foregoing will not be applicable, among other assumptions, to:
Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly, open products and / or partially consumed.
Sealing goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. (By way of example: Underwear, swimsuits, mattresses, etc.)
Goods that after their delivery and taking into account their nature have been mixed indissociably with other goods.
Sound or video recordings sealed or computer programs sealed that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery. The same criteria will apply to books.
Goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalized.
Daily press, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for the supply of such publications.
